Identify and onboard new franchise partners, support site selection and manage the franchise sales pipeline.
Requirements: Experience in franchise or B2B sales. Willingness to travel across regions.
Build and maintain features for the Cafe Power Point customer app — booking, wallet, loyalty and AI assistant.
Requirements: Experience with React Native or similar mobile stack, REST APIs and clean UI implementation.
Operate and maintain mobile EV charging vans, respond to on-road emergency and breakdown charging requests.
Requirements: Valid driving license, basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
Support social media, content and on-ground promotional activities for station launches and franchise campaigns.
Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Comm or related field.
Install, maintain and troubleshoot DC/AC charging equipment at Cafe Power Point stations. Ensure uptime, safety and customer support at the site.
Requirements: Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Electronics. 1-3 years experience with EV charging or power electronics preferred.
Run day-to-day cafe and lounge operations at a flagship station — staff, inventory, quality and guest experience.
Requirements: 2+ years in cafe/hospitality management. Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
